Welcome to the New York Independent Assessor Program’s Online Scheduling Assistant.

This application can be used by Medicaid members or their authorized representatives to schedule an
annual reassessment.

To use the Online Scheduling Assistant for the first time:

  1. Register. The registration page will ask for your name, date of birth, New York State Benefit
    Identification number, Social Security number, and email address. You will also be asked to
    create a password. To register, click here.
     
  2. Sign in. After you’ve registered, you can sign in to the Online Scheduling Assistant at any time
    to schedule your annual reassessment. When you sign in, you will be taken to your “My
    Dashboard” page, where you can begin the scheduling process. To sign in, click here.
